1. Why should I buy a mobile home or log cabin from Europark Homes Ltd?
No pressure sales, no obligation to buy and viewing trips are available.
2. What does a viewing trip include?
Two night stay in local accommodation (Subject to availability). Viewing of our site and tour of local area at your own pace. Alternatively a day visit can be arranged whilst you are already in Greece.
3. How much deposit is required?
A payment of the £1,500 GBP reserves your plot and a 25% deposit secures your mobile home or log cabin. The remaining balance is due in two stages. Please see our ‘What it Costs’ page. Part exchanges may be considered. Email us for further details.
4. Do I lose my deposit if I cancel at any point?
Your deposit will be refunded once we have re-sold your reserved plot and/or mobile home or log cabin. The amount refunded will be less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves in facilitating this.
5. What is included in the price?
A lease on your plot (Usual minimum term of ten years) and a furnished mobile home or log cabin sited on your plot, connected to the necessary utility services; electricity, water, sewage etc.
6. Are there any additional fees to pay?
As part of the lease there is an annual rental payment to make for your plot throughout the period of the lease agreement. This will vary by plot, however, you will be fully advised of all such charges and provided with a schedule of them when first entering into your agreement with Europark Homes.
7. What are the running costs?
Electricity and water is on a meter. You will be invoiced for what you use in respect of these utilities on a monthly basis. The scale of these charges will again be provided to you when first entering into your agreement with Europark Homes.
8. How long can I keep my mobile or log cabin on site for?
For the whole of the period of your agreement, typically ten years, with the option to renew for a further term at the end of this period. We do ask though that the condition of your mobile home/log cabin & plot must be well maintained during the time you occupy the site.
9. Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?
Yes, but the rental or sale must be processed via Europark Homes.
10. What facilities are available on site?
The facilities typically available on our sites include but are not limited to the following;

Kitchen facilities
Fresh Water
Telephones
Super market
Bar
Internet
Access for disabled

11. Would I need to hire a car whilst at the site?
Not necessarily. For instance our site at Prinos Grove is within easy walking distance of the local town centre and also the embarkation point for the ferry to the Greek Mainland. However, if you do want to hire a car we are happy to facilitate this for you.
12. How far are the beaches from the mobile home plots?
The beach is very close if not adjacent to our plots as at Paras. Prinos Grove has broad sandy beach only two minutes walk from our mobile home plots, laterally 50 meters away. There is also a private beach facility for the use of our plot owners at this site.
13. How far is the site from the nearest airport?
None of our sites are more than 90 minutes drive from the nearest airport with a number being less than 60 minutes away by car.
14. What is the weather like?
Our sites mostly have a temperate climate. For instance on the Island of Thassos the summer is cool (Although make no mistake, there’s plenty of sunshine, this is Greece!) and the winter is mild. The overall annual average temperature being 17C while the average in summer is 23C.
15. Are pets allowed on site?
Yes, pets are more than welcome, bear in mind the International rules for taking pets across borders though.
16. How long is the site open for?
Our sites are open for 12 months of the year.
