These should be located near to existing tourist areas such as popular coastal resorts, ski/winter resorts or other areas of natural beauty/interest and within approximately 1 ½ hour’s drive from the nearest International airport.

These may be too big or not appropriate for development under the present and foreseeable financial climate. Sites such as these can be developed comprehensively on a phased basis through our type of partnership cooperation with tightly controlled and economic development budget costs.


• Land In Wooded Or Forest Areas
