Our range of Mobile Homes are all produced by our British manufacturing partner Carnaby. They are constructed and finished to very high standards using the latest methods and materials as is to be expected from these leading British brands. All mobiles are sited in resort fully furnished.

9. Insulated exterior compartment at the rear of the mobile to accommodate a washing machine and a freezer.

It is of paramount importance to both you and ourselves that your Mobile Home is delivered safely to the site of your choice. Our team of highly efficient staff are on hand throughout to ensure this takes place. Each Mobile Home leaves the factory in Britain and is shipped to its final destination, where it is taken to the site, and anchored to the pitch, before being connected to sewage, electricity and water services.
Our terms include transport from the mobile home's point of origin in the UK to it's destination country together with full installation onto it's site plot. See the 'What Does It Cost' page for fuller details.

A full 'Southern European' fit out is provided with each Mobile Home as specified opposite with a number of features which can be found as standard only on Europark Homes mobiles, together with a comprehensive selection of additional customer choice features designed to enhance the Southern European lifestyle experience of your new mobile home. The internal layout of your mobile home can also be constructed to your own specification. Below is an example of a carnaby Cascade with a typical 'Europarks' layout including patio doors from the master bedroom as well as the living area to take advantage of the extensive all round decking that our mobiles have as standard.
How Mobile Is A Mobile Home..?
Mobile Homes are built on a chassis with wheels and suspension together with a normal car towing hitch. They can be maneuvered and towed by a car with a two litre or larger engine. There are no foundation requirements for the siting of a mobile home other than firm grass or hard standing.
Each corner of the mobile has a wind down metal leg which allows people to
walk inside it without it
tilting once it is sited.
No ground fixings are
required and a typical
mobile home can easily
be moved from it's site
within a few minutes.
