Governor's Beach - Cyprus
In the 1990's we visualised and initiated the development of this former camp site in Cyprus into a thriving mobile home park.
This involved indertaking all the necessary ground works at the site, planning and zoning clearance for the site, drawing plans and subdividing the site into suitable cuitable mobile home pitches, installing utilities, implementing a mobile home park management structure, setting up links with UK mobile home manufaturers, organising the shipping of mobile homes for the site from their UK factory to Cyprus, installing the mobile homes into their pitches on the site together with setting up the mobile home sales and marketing for the site and organising marketing roadshow events in the UK and Northern Europe.
Fosse Hill Park - East Yorkshire
We originally indentified this site as a potential mobile home and water sports centre before purchasing it, succesfully obtaining a grant of planning permission to develop it as a caravan park and watersports centre and undertaking all the groundworks for the site.

Holiday Green in Fréjus - South of France
We acted as a consultants to the owners in the devolopment of this park, organising and overseeing the placement of the first mobile homes onto it.
Patrington Haven - East Yorkshire
We originally sold this site to it's current owner. It was an old Humber fort in days gone by but has now become and excellent example of a very well run mobile home leisure park.

Knipe Point - Scarborough
Working in conjunction with the National Union Of Mineworkers we converted a series of former miners holiday cottages at Knipe Point into residential properties which were then sold on by the Union.
